I was awarded a fellowship through the Engineering Dean’s office in the College of Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington academic years 2007 and 2008.
For the academic year 2007-2008 I’m proud to announce that I received the Universities Outstanding Graduate Student award in recognition of my contributions to research in microfluidic production of bio-fuels and leadership in the Institute of Industrial Engineering, Alpha Pi Mu, Industrial Engineering Honor Society, Tau Beta Pi and the National Engineering Honor Society.
I was honored to serve this role for academic years 2006 and 2007. We expanded membership and reignited the tradition of holding seminars and attending the annual conference.
